You're welcome to go there and visit with the captain of the boat, and you'll even get the opportunity to head to Point Lookout itself, if you so choose. The message, as seen in one of the screenshots below, will let you know that a riverboat is docked on the Potomac River, and that it comes from a place called Point Lookout. Rove around the Capital Wasteland for a minute, and a message should appear on your screen automatically. Block off the breach upstairs in the West Wing.Īfter downloading this piece of DLC to your console, you'll be able to boot up the game as usual.
